Ten Teams, one Resilience Program
FCRRP operates with ten Teams, each focused on a priority topic area. The Teams collaborate with one another when issues cross disciplines.

Leadership and participation for all Teams is entirely voluntary, working on an ethos of ‘all hands on deck’ and always welcoming new hands. A central facet of FCRRP is to encourage and facilitate collaboration – across Teams, disciplines, and institutions.
The color wheel symbolizes the collaborative, cross-disciplinary nature of FCRRP's conservation goals. Where possible, partners are encouraged to collaborate across Teams to advance coral reef conservation in Florida.
